Chief Executive Officer
Yair has over 30 years of experience in Israeli and international startups. He has managed and provided consulting services for several new ventures, including companies in the medical, biomed, agricultural and industrial fields. Yair currently holds Director positions in leading medical device companies.
Founder, Executive Director
Zeev has held executive positions in the Israeli hi-tech industry, with over 20 years of experience in product development and medical devices. Zeev is an inventor listed on several international patents within this industry. He has an extensive background in polymer science and plastic injection molding. Zeev’s academic background is in Behavioral Sciences & Business Management.es.
Dr. HILA OLAMI
Science and R&D Lead
Dr. Olami has vast experience in the field of medical devices, with expertise in applied material-science and polymers technologies as well as in product development. Prior to joining VVT Med, Hila served as project manager in the R&D department of Nicast Ltd., developing a skin-like dressing technology and implementing GMP production-line and standard operating procedures for launch in clinical trials. Hila holds a PhD degree in Materials Science and
Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Chief of Operations
Gidi has over 30 years of managerial experience, holding a wide range of senior operation positions in hi-tech start-ups as well as leading global companies such as Rad-Binat Group and Alvarion. Gidi brings special expertise in the design, planning and execution of research-based technical projects. Gidi holds a B.SC and MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Prior to joining VVT Medical, Ossie served as senior project manager at GSAP Consulting and QA/RA Director at Circ MedTech, a startup company that developed a non-surgical device for adult male circumcision to assist in the fight against HIV in Africa. Ossie has over 12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance in medical device companies- from establishing and implementing quality management systems in first-in-human (FIH) clinical trials- to regulatory approval from the EU, FDA and WHO. Ossie has a BA in Applied Linguistics from Tel Aviv University.

Ron is an executive with more than 35 years of experience in product development and corporate management of private and public medical device and imaging companies. Ron has held technical positions at J&J, co-founded and later sold Ultrasound Technologies to U.S. Surgical (Tyco/Covidien) and served as the President of Kontron U.S. and President and CEO of Vision-Sciences, Inc. Ron holds more than 15 patents; he received his MSc. degree in Computer Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of NY (NYU) and his BSc. in Electrical Engineering from FDU.
Eitan has more than 25 years of healthcare experience. He worked at GE for over 15 years in various assignments in the US, Europe and Israel. Eitan founded two medical device venture capital funds and invested in more than 20 companies. He serves as an active director on a number of private and public company boards.
Yacov is a founder of FCC Ltd.- an Israeli investment company, and of Boutique Merchant Bank, which was founded in 1987. FCC operates internationally, particularly within the U.S. and Israeli capital markets, and has directly and actively invested in ~50 publicly traded and privately held companies within a diversified range of industries.
